The Who made their first and only Glastonbury headline appearance in 2007, when they also closed the festival. The band said they would take the audience on an “amazing journey” through The Who’s back catalogue, including classic albums such as Who’s Next, Tommy, Quadrophenia and My Generation. “It’s great to be ending this part of a 50-year career at the most prestigious and respected music festival in the world,” said Roger Daltrey.
The band continue their world tour celebrating their 50th anniversary; tour dates include British Summer Time Festival at London’s Hyde Park on the 26th of June. Their Paris and Amsterdam dates have been rescheduled. See all The Who tour dates here.
