Plastic Mermaids announce spring UK tour 2017

Isle of Wight band Plastic Mermaids announce a headline UK tour in April and May 2017.

The spring tour calls in at Cardiff, Bristol, Newcastle, Hebden Bridge, Leeds, Salford, Glasgow and London, and includes two festival performances: Live At Leeds and Sounds From Another City. Tickets for the headline shows are on sale Friday Feb 10th at 10am; festival tickets are already on sale.

The quintet are also confirmed to play Bluedot Festival on 8th July, and Standon Calling 29th July. All dates and info here.


The band have released just three EP’s thus far, with their debut single described by Q Magazine as containing  “some of the most creatively deployed panning heard all year.”

Watch them perform ‘Beyond The Cosmos After Death’ in session here. The track was recorded live at St. Catherines church in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, and features on their latest EP, ‘Everything Is Yellow And Yellow Is My Least Favourite Colour’ released on Cross Keys Records.
