Placebo are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album by making their entire back catalogue available to stream worldwide and releasing remastered vinyl of their milestone albums.
The band released their self-titled debut album in 1996. Six more albums followed, the most recent of which was Loud Like Love in 2013.
As they head towards the 20th anniversary of their debut album in 2016, the band will be releasing their entire back-catalogue to stream, starting with their debut on Monday 16 February, with one release a day for the rest of that week, in chronological order.
Over the next 12 months, the band, who have scored five top ten albums in the UK and collaborated with the likes of David Bowie, Robert Smith, Michael Stipe, will be releasing remastered versions of their milestone albums on high quality vinyl. The first of these will be their eponymous, seminal debut as part of Record Store Day on 18 April, on very limited edtiion red vinyl.
