Kasabian were double winners at the Q Magazine Awards yesterday, winning ‘Best Live Act’ and “Best Act In The World” trophies (beating Kate Bush to both trophies), following their headline slot at Glastonbury in June.
The band won two previous Q awards in 2009 and 2010.
The 25th edition of the prestigious awards ceremony took place at the Grovesnor House hotel in central London yesterday.
The band are currently on a 29 date EU and UK tour that will see them through to the end of the year, including five consecutive sold out shows at London’s iconic Brixton Academy.
